The music live “HEATWAVE TOUR 2023 “Three Major Anniversary Tour”” will be held on November 11th at the live house “KEEP THE BEAT” (Dotemachi, Hirosaki City).

The live performance is part of a nationwide tour by Heatwave, a rock band formed in Fukuoka led by guitarist and vocalist Hiroshi Yamaguchi. This tour will celebrate the ``three major anniversaries'' of Yamaguchi and keyboard player Hosomi Uo celebrating their sixtieth birthdays, and the 20th anniversary since drummer Junji Ikebata joined the group.

The band's Hirosaki live will be held for the second time in a row, following last year, which was held for the first time in 15 years. Although the event is held in major cities such as Fukuoka, Kyoto, and Tokyo, Hirosaki is the only one in the Tohoku/Hokkaido area. The Hirosaki concert will be titled ``Gongaeshi Special Edition,'' and ``extras'' will be prepared at reception at the venue.

Regarding the reason for choosing the ``Giving Back Special Edition,'' Mr. Yamaguchi said, ``I always get inspiration from Hirosaki's way of life, its relationship with music, and the history and origins of the city.Every time I visit Hirosaki, I am welcomed back.'' "I wanted to hold a live show as 'Heatwave' this time as a way of saying thank you."
