Hirosaki rock band "SPN POWER" will hold a 25th anniversary live at the live house "KEEP THE BEAT" (Dotemachi, Hirosaki City) on March 18th and 19th.

The band was launched in 1997 by Hiroki Takatori, who is in charge of bass and vocals. Nine bands from inside and outside the prefecture will perform live for two days.

Originally from Shibetsu, Hokkaido, Mr. Takatori moved to Hirosaki when he entered university. The band was formed while in school. After graduating from university, he worked as the manager of the live house "Hirosaki Mag-Net", which closed in 2020. In 2022, he opened the live house “Keep the Beat” in the midst of the corona wreck, and launched the same live house label in the same year. Currently, he also supports the activities of an amateur band in Hirosaki.

It will be the first time in about 20 years that "POTSHOT" will be performing live in Hirosaki. Mr. Takatori said that he had co-starred with him while he was in school. "STANCE PUNKS" is a band that celebrated its 25th anniversary this year. According to Takatori, they have performed together at live performances outside the prefecture. “Local bands will also perform.

Mr. Takatori looks back on his 25 years of activities, saying, "It went by in the blink of an eye." Mr. Takatori says with a smile, "My desire to continue with the band grows with each passing year. I hope people will enjoy the culmination of a quarter of a century."

Performance time is 18th = 17:30, 19th = 16:00 (doors open 30 minutes before). Tickets are 3,400 yen in advance, 3,900 yen on the day, and 5,400 yen for both days. Tickets are available at eplus and keep the beat.
