As of 4:00 p.m., Hirosaki recorded a 24-hour snowfall of 33 centimeters, bringing the snowfall to 106 centimeters. Hirakawa and Ikarigaseki recorded 39 centimeters of snow, and Aomori and Sukayu recorded 4 meters of snow for the first time this season.

Hirosaki also recorded heavy snowfall from February 15 to 16, with a 12-hour snowfall of 41 centimeters, the second highest in recorded history. Snowfall reached 120 centimeters, but was blessed with fine weather and was reduced to 73 centimeters on the 19th.

Hirosaki citizens were busy shoveling snow from the morning for the second time in February.
