Ramen Iyabi (Waseda 4, Hirosaki City) opened on April 23rd.

This restaurant mainly serves pork. It is the second store run by Ryoma Fukunaga, the owner of "Menya Xie" (Fujisaki-cho), which mainly serves dried sardine ramen. The store area is about 10 tsubo (approx. 33 sq. m). There are 11 seats. Preparations began in March, and the site of a former bento shop was quickly renovated. Fukunaga said, "I was thinking about opening a second store, and when this property was introduced to me, I immediately decided to open a store here."

The ramen they serve is characterized by its bean sprouts and large pork slices that take up about one-third of the bowl. The noodles are homemade. They offer ramen, mazesoba, and "Chintan Soba" (all 950 yen) with toppings such as boiled pork, quail (3 pieces), and melted cheese. You can choose the amount of vegetables, garlic, and back fat from "small," "normal," or "large."

"We have finally achieved one of our goals. We were thinking of a different name for the new store, but we decided on the same name as the Fujisaki store, 'Sha', so that we would not forget our gratitude," said Fukunaga. The store manager, Shota Fukushi, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, "We want to make this store even better than the Fujisaki store."

Business hours are 11:00-14:30 and 18:00-21:00 (except Saturdays). Closed on Sundays.
