"Oh, Ringo. A-FACTORY Store" (Yanagawa 1, Aomori City, TEL 070-8914-5870 ) opened on April 19th.

The store was founded in Kobe in May 2019. It has 8 stores, with its flagship store in Kobe at the center. It is operated by "A-WORLD" (Towada City). The concept is to share and provide the appeal and potential of Aomori apples. Using apples purchased from contracted farmers in Aomori, the store develops products that make the most of the deliciousness of each apple.

The eighth A-FACTORY store is the first in Aomori City. The store will offer souvenirs such as tarte tatin (680 yen each) and apple pies (480 yen each) made with different apple varieties, baked goods such as butter sandwiches and donuts, jams, apple goods, and apple juices of your choice. They also plan to offer soft serve ice cream and drinks.

"There are still many new possibilities for apple sweets, and it is meaningful to promote them from the place of origin," said Furusato Norimitsu, president and former Aomori Prefecture employee. "We started our store in Kobe, a fierce battleground for Western sweets. We want to bring apple sweets, which are beginning to be recognized outside the prefecture, to local people as well. We hope to become a store that can play a role in connecting the rest of the country with the apple-producing area."

Business hours are 10:00-19:00. Closed days are the same as A-FACTORY.
