"Marion Crepes" opens its first store in Hirosaki, Aomori with 94 types of regular menu items
Crepe specialty store "Marion Crepes Hirosaki Hiroro Branch" (Ekimae-cho, Hirosaki City) opened on July 26th in the food court on the fourth floor of the "Hiroro" shopping complex.
Marion Crepes is a crepe specialty store founded in Shibuya, Tokyo in 1976, and currently operates 96 stores both in Japan and overseas. This is the first store in Aomori Prefecture. It is operated as a franchise by Scuole (Ekimae-cho).
There are 94 types of crepes on the regular menu. They include "Strawberry Banana Chocolate Cream" (620 yen), "Tuna Mayonnaise" (550 yen), and "Custard Caramel Cake Special" (750 yen). Motoki Suga of the company's franchise sales department says, "The biggest attraction of our crepes is the crepe dough, which is crispy and chewy as you eat it."
The food court on the fourth floor is currently undergoing renovation. The wall that separated the area from the corridor will be removed, and the flooring in the area where the restaurant is located will be replaced. According to a Hiroro representative, the area will be redecorated to look like terrace seating. The renovation is scheduled to be completed in mid-August.
Suga smiles and says, "Our brand can also offer original menus for each store. In the case of Hirosaki, we hope to be able to offer menu items using apples in the future."
Business hours are from 10:00 to 20:00.
