The campaign is being carried out all at once in 14 municipalities in the Tsugaru area. Based on the concept of "Tsugaru Time Travel - A trip to experience the bounty of Mt. Crampione is a regional collaboration organization composed of 14 municipalities in the Tsugaru area, with Hirosaki Mayor Hirosaki Sakurada serving as the chairman.

The group special train that decorates the opening of the campaign is a DE10 type towing a 12 series passenger car called "Tsugaru Tsunagaru". In addition, during the Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival, the Hirosaki Sakura Festival and Hirosaki Night Cherry Blossom Viewing Trains depart from and arrive at Akita Station and Aomori Station, and the Ringohana Asunara Train runs on May 2nd. do.

During the period from April 1st to June 30th, 52 experience contents and sightseeing programs will be prepared (as of January 20th). In addition to offering local food and special menus, five sake breweries will sell specially prepared sake.
