"Bamiyan Hirosaki Joto" (Jotohoku 4, Hirosaki City) will open on May 24th, in the former location of "Gusto Hirosaki Joto", which will close on the 5th of the same month.

As of March 31, Bamiyan is a Chinese family restaurant chain with 354 outlets nationwide. This is the first outlet in Hirosaki. This is the first time in 15 years that Bamiyan Towada closed on September 24, 2009 (Heisei 21). It is operated by the Skylark Group along with Gusto.

Regarding the change in business model, a representative from Skylark Holdings' public relations department said, "We are optimizing our store layout to suit the market, which changes with the times. This is the result of reviewing our brand layout within the area."

Business hours are 10:00-23:30. On the 22nd and 23rd, there will be a pre-opening with shortened hours, and the business hours are 22nd = 11:00-14:00, 17:00-20:00, 23rd = 11:00-21:00.
