The ramen shop "NABERA Gomen-tei" (Hamanomachi, Hirosaki City) was relocated and opened on September 21st.

``Nabe Ramen Tanuki-tei Main Store'' (Tozaki), which was located along Prefectural Road 109 near Hirosaki City Sports Park, changed its name and relocated and opened. The new location is the former site of the ramen shop Menmaru, which closed in June. The name of the restaurant is taken from the name of the person in charge of noodle making, and it is said that it has the meaning of "our noodles." The shopkeeper, the old man (pseudonym), said with a smile, "I called it 'NABERA' to make it easier to get acquainted with. It doesn't have much of a deep meaning."

“Nabe Ramen Tanuki-tei Main Store” opened in 1997 (Heisei 9). At the age of 42, he fell in love with the taste of nabe ramen that his father ate in Hokkaido. The restaurant's concept is ``Ichimen Nyukon,'' and he says, ``We offer dishes that you won't be embarrassed to feed your own children.''

The store area is 25 tsubo and the number of seats is 52. When he learned that the former site of "Menmaru" had been rented out, he immediately decided to move. The interior of the restaurant, which "almost has been refurbished except for the framework," boasts that the interior does not look like a ramen shop. "Especially the women's restroom is inspired by the sea of Okinawa," says the old man. The kitchen was laid out in consideration of the flow of food, and a new noodle factory was built behind the store.

With the renewal, the menu has been reduced by about 20%, narrowing it down to the signature hot pot ramen "Miso" (830 yen), "Chinese soba" (680 yen), and fried rice (700 yen). "Kanjuku Miso" is a blend of 6 kinds of miso that is aged for 14 days. The soup of "Shina Soba" uses dried sardines from Sakaiminato, Tottori, kombu from Rishiri, Hokkaido, and shamrock from Owani, and a soy sauce that blends three kinds of soy sauce. The noodles are made from preservative-free wheat flour milled in Hokkaido and aged for 7 to 10 days.

The menu includes "sesame miso" (860 yen), "pork bone miso" (860 yen), milk miso curry (930 yen), Chinese soba set meal yakiniku bowl (950 yen), gyoza (6 pieces = 390 yen). , "Mini Karaage Donburi Gyoza Set" (730 yen). We have eliminated the popular gyoza service at the previous store, but we plan to have a gyoza service day in the future.

Business hours are weekdays 11:00-15:00, 17:30-21:00, weekends and holidays 11:00-21:00 (until October 31). After November 1, weekdays = 11:00 to 15:00, 17:30 to 23:00, weekends and holidays = 11:00 to 23:00. Closed Thursdays.
