The ramen shop "Nidaime ni shin. Takasaki" (Takasaki, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-80-9033 ) will reopen on September 23 after renovation.

A ramen shop that originated in Sapporo and whose flagship product is the dried sardine ramen “Nibochu”. In 2012 (Heisei 24), the owner, Mitsuru Narita, opened the “Hirosaki store” (Takada, Hirosaki City), and in 2015 (Heisei 27), the “Nidaime boshin Takasaki store” opened. The "Hirosaki store" closed in 2019, but the "Aomori headquarters" (Namioka, Aomori city) opened, and now there are 5 group stores including the store in Sapporo.

With the renovation, the store area was halved and the number of seats was reduced to 16. The menu was limited to “Nibochu” (800 yen), Tsukemen (850 yen), and rice (150 yen) was self-service. At the entrance of the store, two vending machines that sell frozen ramen and char siu are installed.

We have started a new service where you can eat the products you purchased from the vending machine inside the store. Chinese noodles (830 yen) and fried rice (580 yen) are purchased from a vending machine and brought into the store. "Shin. Jiro" (850 yen) is served with vegetables and garlic, and "Hajime Karaage" (580 yen) comes with free rice.

As for the reason for the renewal, Mr. Narita says, "There is the KUMU project that the group is promoting." The project is a system that incorporates not only the food and beverage industry but also agriculture and welfare.

Mr. Narita said, "The society and environment have changed significantly since we opened seven years ago, and the shortage of people has become more serious and the way we work has changed. Users of employment support will actually start working after mid-October, but in the future. We are also focusing on agriculture and want to continue evolving into a restaurant that offers menus that use the produce we grow.”

Business hours are from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Closed on Wednesdays.
