"TOAmart Kuroishi Store" (Nakagawa Shinomura, Kuroishi City) opened on September 12 along the Nishi Towada Ideyu Line.

Based on the concept of a "half-price specialty store," the store sells about 1,000 items, including food, drinking water, sweets, and cosmetics. This is the 165th store nationwide, and the second in Aomori prefecture after the Aomori store (Sakaemachi, Aomori City).
