    The restaurant was founded by Mr. Kasai, who has over 15 years of experience in hotel restaurants and wine bars. The store name ``Diquelour'' is French for 10 colors, and has the meaning of ``10 people, 10 colors''. Mr. Kasai says, "Currently, we mainly serve take-out Western food, but we are considering Chinese, Japanese, and eat-in options in the future. We would like to operate in a variety of styles."

    After graduating from high school, Kasai moved to Tokyo to attend a vocational school. Worked at a western restaurant in Tokyo and made a U-turn in 2007. “I started cooking because I wanted to be a chef, but there were so many chefs around me that I respected, so I had to learn a lot,” says Kasai. I wanted to be independent someday, but due to the influence of the new coronavirus, I started thinking about independence again and started a business.

    Preparations began in May of last year, and from nearly 10 candidate sites, the tenant was selected because of the ideal size of the store and the presence of people.     The menu includes lunch boxes (800 yen), tomato sauce penne (700 yen), Caesar salad (600 yen), homemade bacon and lamb patties (1P = 700 yen, 1/2 = 380 yen). Sweets such as "strawberry pudding" (400 yen) and fruit sandwiches (450 yen) are also available.
