On July 15th, a koppe-pan sandwich and hamburger shop "Fuwakoppe to Awajishima Burger" (Hiragahira, Hirosaki City) opened near "Seseragi Onsen".

"Fuwakoppe" and "Awajishima Burger" are franchise stores of "Nayuta" with their headquarters in Kobe, Hyogo. It is run by Yuichi Fukushi, the president of the insurance agency "Hoken no Tsubo" (Fukuda), who also runs the real estate business. Fukushi opened the izakaya "Yakitori-san Kyu Hirosaki Jotochuo" (Jotochuo, Hirosaki City) in November last year.

According to Mr. Fukushi, "Yakitori-san Kyu Hiromae Joto Store" was started as the third pillar of profit, but since sales are affected by the corona infection situation, we focused on a new bakery store that can meet take-out demand. That is. At "Nayuta", which we consulted with, we had developed "Awajishima Burger", so we decided to open it with the aim of opening a store for the first time in the Tohoku area.

Regarding Haragatai, who opened the store, Mr. Fukushi said, "I thought there was a possibility as a commercial area because there are no bakeries in the vicinity. I thought that there was a demand for school transfers, so I opened it early in the morning." The store area is about 9 tsubo, and the former ramen shop was renovated. Currently it is only take-out, but in the future we are thinking of offering it as eat-in.

"Fuwakoppe" is served by sandwiching egg salad, shrimp avocado, chocolate whipped cream (starting from 250 yen) in koppe bread. The "Awajishima Burger" menu is only a hamburger (780 yen) using onions from Awajishima, and toppings such as cheddar cheese and bacon (various 150 yen) are available. There is also a set menu with onion rings (350 yen) and drinks.

The same day as the first day of opening. It is said that there were people who gathered before 7 o'clock when the store opened. "The traffic wasn't light, and many people were worried about it while passing by. I felt expectations even before the opening," says Fukushi. "I want to be a store that is used in the community. In the future, I want to think about a menu that sandwiches local ingredients in koppe bread."

The store manager, Hana Nishizawa, smiles, saying, "I want to create a fun store that people can easily visit."

Business hours are from 7:00 to 17:00.
