The hamburger shop "Cafe Dubois Kamishiroganecho" (Kamishiroganecho, Hirosaki City, TEL 080-3326-0172 ) near Hirosaki City Hall reopened on June 9th.

The store opened near the Owani Hiromae interchange in 2015 as a cafe that offers hamburgers that are particular about Aomori beef. It was 2017 (Heisei 29) that it moved to the same tenant. In October 2020 (Reiwa 2), due to the influence of the new coronavirus, the industry was changed to a keema curry specialty store, but the store was closed in June 2021 (Reiwa 3).

Megumi Kudo, the store manager, said, "Even after the store was closed, it was used as a base for event sales and delivery of the sister store" Uit Dubois "(Hirakawa City). ". The business resumed on a trial basis from April 20th, and opened in earnest on June 9th.

The product lineup has been renewed upon resuming business. "We have developed a hamburger that will be a souvenir story of Aomori," says Kudo. Regular menus include "Prefectural Apple and Raclette Craft Cheeseburger" (1,303 yen) and "Shark Fish Burger" (1,100 yen). Mr. Kudo says, "Sharks are so familiar in Aomori that they are lined up in supermarkets, but we aimed to make them rare nationwide."

It is said that sharks devised a pretreatment to remove odors during development. "Shark Fish & Chips" (680 yen) is also available as a menu using sharks. It is said that "prefectural burdock with tartar sauce" using homemade smoked mayonnaise will be an accent.

In addition to hamburgers, the menu includes "Hoshi no Kinka no Taste Napolitan" (1,100 yen), potatoes (10 pieces = 366 yen), and various drinks (366 yen) using apples of the Hoshi no Kinka variety. It corresponds to junior size and small serving, and all menus can be taken out.

The store area is about 20 tsubo and the number of seats is 18. Previous stores had only counter seats near the wall as a measure against infectious diseases, but table seats have been re-installed. Original goods such as "Homemade Ginger Syrup" (720 ml = 2,500 yen) with "Aomori PG" and "Hamburger Kokeshi" (1,980 yen) will be sold in the store.

It is said that more than 600 hamburgers were sold on June 9, which was the Thanksgiving Day for the resurrection opening. Mr. Kudo said, "I was happy with the big reaction that I have never seen before. I want to increase the menu that is different from the sister store" Uit Dubois "and please the customers."

Business hours are from 11:00 to 14:30. Only reservations are open at night.
