The facility, planned by Mr. Koda, the president of Komori, is a renovation of a vacant house of his grandparents in Umeda, Goshogawara City, where Mr. Koda himself lived until he was 6 years old. After graduating from university, Mr. Koda got a job at "Kayac, an interesting corporation" (Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture). Mr. Koda said, "I left Aomori due to my parents' transfer, but when I came to Aomori during work, I stayed alone in a vacant house. It was comfortable to have my own time, and I felt like my feelings were detoxified. This experience is at the root of this project. "

A house over 60 years old will be converted into a hotel with 5 rooms. "My grandfather's house, which was an apple farmer, is still fashionable even now. From November 26th to 28th, an exhibition event "Still Unfinished Hotel Exhibition" was held in Tokyo, with the theme of the process leading up to the opening of the hotel, capturing space design, furniture, and lighting as works.
