The same video of 17 dancers from all over the country dancing to the performance of the Tsugaru flute. It was produced by the Hirosaki Arts and Dance Executive Committee with the aim of inbound demand after the convergence of the new coronavirus, the development of regional tourism, and the development of dance culture.

The dancers who performed are experienced dancers who have won international competitions and the world's largest dance events. According to Mr. Nobuo Iwabuchi of the executive committee, he is familiar with Hirosaki because he has participated in the dance & performance event "SHIROFES." Which has been held at Hirosaki Castle Honmaru since 2016 (Heisei 28). It is said that he received his consent to the appearance request.

The Tsugaru flute song "Northern lights" was provided by Bunta Sato, a Tsugaru flute player who lives in Hirosaki. It was produced as a new song to be performed in "SHIRO FES.2021", and it is said that the theme was planners and performers who would send the charm of Japan to the world from Aomori. "The music includes the actual sound source of Neputa's operation. I'm glad that we were able to send a collaboration between dance and traditional Japanese music to the world," says Sato.

We asked the shooting group "FE WORKS" (Hokkaido), which specializes in street dance, to shoot the video. The shooting location is not only in Hirosaki Castle Honmaru, but also in front of the castle gate in the park, and the dance technique is emphasized by effectively using the production and slow motion that the scenes change at a good tempo while dancing.
