Hirosaki's ramen shop "Yasuke" moved from Jotochuo along Horikoshi National Highway No. 7 on October 1.

The store mainly deals with dried sardines. It is a sister store of the ramen shop "Kohaku" in Odate, Akita, and the store is managed by parents and children of Mr. En Furukawa and Mr. Sho.

The owner, Fumitaka Shoji, started "Kohyaku" in 2007 (Heisei 19) and opened "Noodle Shop Niboshi-tei" (Shimoshiroganecho, Hirosaki City) in 2009 (Heisei 21). The following year, the store name was changed to "Yasuke" and moved to the current Don Quijote Hirosaki store (Takada). In 2011 (Heisei 23), it moved to the previous store in the center of Joto and has been in business for nearly 10 years. This is the third move.

Regarding the reason for the move, Shoji says, "I was thinking about moving in 10 years and was looking for a large store on the condition that there was a parking lot." The store area is 33 tsubo. The number of seats is 31. Mr. Furukawa smiles, "The menu hasn't changed and the store has expanded, but the number of seats hasn't changed that much. We're still moving."

The menu includes 10 types of ramen such as specially boiled dried pork (normal = 770 yen, large = 870 yen), rich fish section (normal = 770 yen, large 870 yen), and Chinese noodles (normal = 650 yen, large = 750 yen). In addition, the char siu bowl and ramen set "Yasuke set" (normal = 780 yen, large = 880 yen), etc. Topping menus such as gliopeltis (100 yen), green onions (120 yen), and char siu (230 yen) are also available.

Information was not sent from the store such as SNS and homepage, and the only relocation was the notice in the store. Closed from September 27th and resumed from the same day. "Some people went to the previous store without knowing the move and came to the new store with their feet. I'm sorry I couldn't make a proper call, and I'm grateful," says Furukawa.

Mr. Shoji said, "There is a difference in how to use dried sardines even at the distance between Akita and Aomori, and I am surprised because the taste is left to Mr. Furukawa's parents and children. I want to make it a cozy place where you can enjoy it. "

Business hours are from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 (no lunch break on Sundays). Closed on Thursdays.
