On August 30th, a yakiniku specialty store "Niku no Kisshoen" (TEL 0172-88-5929 ) opened in Waseda, Hirosaki City.

Opened on the site of the izakaya "Kihachi Kurahachi Joto Store" that closed on July 17th. The management body became Akita's restaurant group store "Kikiya" (Kitaakita City, Akita Prefecture), and 10 employees were taken over as they were.

The store manager, Manabu Naraoka, was also the store manager at "Kihachi Kurahachi Joto Store". "I started working part-time 13 years ago and became a store manager two years ago, but the experience of a store manager in a self-restraint mood where the new coronavirus was widespread was difficult," says Naraoka.

The Kihachi Kurahachi Joto store was decided to close in May this year, but the change of industry to a yakiniku restaurant was decided just before the store closed in July. After closing, I received training with the staff at a yakiniku restaurant of the "Motokiya" group. Mr. Naraoka says, "The basics such as how to handle ingredients are the same, but there are big differences in the way meat is cut and the operation, so I had to re-study from scratch."

The interior of the store has been renovated to a Japanese taste. The goodwill used for blindfolding the private room was made by the staff cutting used clothes. A Japanese umbrella is installed on the ceiling, the wallpaper is replaced, and the duct is painted black to create a luxurious feel. The store area is about 45 tsubo and the number of seats is 90.

There are three menus available: 3,000 yen, 5,800 yen, and 6,800 yen. Assorted meat menus such as "Niku no Tamatebako" and "Stairs to Heaven" (5,000 yen or more) are particular about the vessel and the method of serving, and Japanese black beef uses Miyazaki Ozaki beef. In addition, "TOKYO X" is used for pork, and Hinai chicken is used for chicken. We also offer ramen (starting at 580 yen) and lunch menu (starting at 680 yen).

Mr. Naraoka said, "I write" food "to improve people. I like this word and continue to eat and drink. There is a way for customers to enjoy cooking and finishing the meat to their liking. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the meat can be grilled. We want to provide a place where people can enjoy themselves, including sounds and scents. "

Business hours are weekdays = 11:30 to 15:00, 18:00 to 23:00. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays = 11: 30-23: 00. Last order is 30 minutes ago.
