The dried fruit and alcohol specialty store "LIFE STOCK LABEL" (TEL 0172-33-8282 ) opened on March 20th on the 2nd floor of the complex "Hiroro" in front of Hirosaki Station.

The soft serve ice cream specialty store "Honeycomb Crebee" on the 4th floor food court has moved to become a takeout specialty store with a dried fruit manufacturing factory. “The store name has a meaning that makes it a part of our daily lives, and we have created a store where we can drink our wine and craft hard cider, as well as make a call,” says the store manager, Kiyoka Jumonji.

"GARUTSU" is a manufacturer that makes wine and cider with a brewery in "Shirakami Winery" in Nishimeya Village and Daikancho. It also runs "Bifabo," which is popular for its soft serve ice cream that is eaten with honey. According to Mr. Jumonji, the idea of dried fruit was born while it was necessary to think about new product development because the sales of "Honeycomb Crebee" decreased due to the corona virus.

“Dried fruits can not only meet the demand for take-out, but are also ideal as gifts and snacks for sake,” says Jumonji. Through trial and error in the development, we tried many times to adjust the drying time and temperature by making the best use of the acidity and taste of the material without using preservatives or antioxidants. The seven types currently offered smile with a smile, saying "all are self-confident works."

There will be an eat-in space inside the store that offers soft serve ice cream (380 yen), straight tea, and hot coffee (250 yen or more). We also offer four types of craft hard cider made from Gartz (660 yen each) and a glass of wine from the "Camry" series of wines (580 yen), but alcohol take-out is currently not possible.

Dried fruits include strawberry (20 grams = 800 yen), kiwi, pineapple (above, 30 grams = 500 yen), and apples made from prefecture apples (30 grams = 300 yen). TEA soft serve ice cream (420 yen), fruit tea (330 yen), and fruit tea soda (400 yen) topped with dried fruits are also available. Mr. Jumonji says, "I would like to recommend not only various ways to eat dried fruits, but also those who want to try them."

It's been a week since it opened, and Jumonji says he's happy that standing drinkers who eat in dried fruits often take out. "Currently, apples are the only dried fruits that use fruits from the prefecture, but in the future we would like to produce locally produced fruits and seasonal dried fruits," he said.

Business hours are from 12:00 to 18:00. Regular holidays are similar to Hiroro.
