    "Cafe Red" (in front of Hirosaki City Station) relocated and opened near the Hirosaki Bus Terminal on March 12.

    "Bar VORTEX" in Dotemachi has moved from a bar to a cafe. It is run by Keisuke Akaishi and Shizuka.

    Keisuke worked at the ramen shop "Rankatei" (Ekimae-cho, Hirosaki City) for nearly 10 years, and Shizuka worked at a liquor store in Aomori, but on March 16, 2019 (Heisei 31), the vortex was opened by two people. To do. "We were getting on track little by little, but the new coronavirus made it harder for us to serve alcohol, which made it harder to do business at night," says Keisuke. Shizuka says, "I have a connection with this tenant and decided to change the business format and move."

    The store area is about 20 tsubo and the number of seats is 12. It is said that it is a log house-style house and has hardly been renovated. A fortune-telling corner is set up in the store. Aura color appraisal (3,000 yen) that allows self-analysis and personality diagnosis courses, and fortune-telling courses (2,000 yen) using tarot cards and Lenormand cards. Fortune-telling takes about 30 minutes, and it also supports fortune-telling for multiple people.

    Shizuka says, "At Vortex, the event with a fortune teller as a guest was popular, so we decided to have the fortune teller stay resident." "By creating a fortune-telling corner in the cafe, it would be an opportunity to feel free to try it."

    The menu includes shrimp pilaf (700 yen), omelet rice (800 yen), a well-made lunch (1,500 yen) that includes salad and soup, and a ladies' lunch (1,200 yen). We have prepared ramen menus such as mixed soba (850 yen), shio ramen, and soy sauce ramen (750 yen or more) that make the best use of the experience at the ramen shop. It also supports takeout.

    In the future, we will increase the tea menu and plan to provide alcohol after corona. Keisuke says, "The two are still immature. We want to listen to the needs of our customers and create a store that we can build together with them."

    Business hours are from 11:00 to 21:00. Closed on Wednesdays.
