On March 1st, along National Route 7 in Fujisaki, Aomori Prefecture, a ramen shop "Fujisho Noodles" (Fujisaki-cho, Minamitsugaru-gun) with a noodle factory will open.

"Fujisho Noodles" is a new ramen brand launched by Hataryu (Tsuruta-cho, Kitatsugaru-gun), which operates "Menya Ban" and "Chinese restaurant Hataryu" in the Tsugaru area. The signature menu item, "Parent Chicken Chinese," is made from chicken from Tokiwa chicken farm (Tokiwa, Fujisaki Town) and uses Fuji apple as a secret ingredient. The noodles made at the attached noodle factory will be consumed on the same day.

President Akio Mikami also serves as the facility manager of the "Social Welfare Corporation Kyoseikai" (Tsuruta Town), and employment support service users are in charge of manufacturing noodles and frozen gyoza provided at group stores. “The amount of work has increased, and a new factory was needed just for noodle making,” says Mikami.

It is said that he had been thinking about moving the noodle factory for more than two years. Mr. Mikami said, "It was difficult to choose a place. I decided to use the same tenant as a ramen shop, considering that it would be annexed to a ramen shop, but because the area was an urbanization control area, it was an area where new social welfare facilities could not be built. I look back. "I gave up once, but the town backed me up because it was the first facility for people with disabilities in Fujisaki."

The opening plan, which was originally planned for fall last year, was postponed due to the influence of the new coronavirus, but after the application was submitted, the store was opened after a preparation period of about one month. The name of the store is "Fujisho" with the image of flapping from Fujisaki, and the logo is designed because Fujisaki is the place where swans fly.

The store area is 20 tsubo and the number of seats is 11. Eight seats are available for standing eating tables. For the chairs, we asked the furniture sales company "Key Place" in Itayanagi Town to arrange the wooden boxes used for transporting apples. It is a box that can store jackets etc. by removing the top lid.

The menu is only Chinese soba (600 yen) and parent chicken Chinese (700 yen). The toppings are Tokiwa Ajitama, Menma, Green onion (100 yen or more), Char siu (200 yen), and Parent chicken (100 yen). A large serving is 100 yen more. All self-service, buy a meal ticket at the entrance, get served and then sit down.

Mr. Mikami said, "We will select local ingredients as much as possible, and serve them with noodles that are freshly made, freshly cut, and boiled. Since there is no morning ra culture in the Tsugaru area, we would like to cultivate new demand." Show motivation.

Business hours are from 8:00 to 15:00 (ends as soon as the soup runs out).
