The apple-shaped apple pie "HIROSAKI BRICK APPLE PIE" will be available from November 21st at the cafe & restaurant "BRICK" (Yoshino-cho, Hirosaki-shi, TEL 0172-40-2775 ) next to the Hirosaki Brick Warehouse Museum. It is on sale.

The cafe is adjacent to the museum, which opened its grand opening in July this year after renovating a brick warehouse. Lunch and dinner menus will be prepared based on the concept of "a family restaurant that mainly uses locally produced ingredients." A brewing tank "A-FACTORY" for apple liquor "Cider" and a museum shop will be set up in the store.

The apple pie, which has begun to be offered as a new menu, is supervised by Michiaki Sasamori of the Italian restaurant "Osteria Enoteca da Sasino" in Hirosaki. Bake with a custom-made "apple pie cooker" jointly developed by Mr. Sasamori and Nanbu Ironware "OIGEN" who reveal that they are "sticking to the shape that shines".

Using the apple "Jonathan" from Aomori prefecture, finish with special custard cream, pink sugar, and flambéed Calvados. Brick chef Riki Hirayama says, "Because we will bake after receiving your order, please make a reservation over the phone and come with plenty of time." "It's an apple pie that makes you feel like Hirosaki."

From December 16th, it also supports takeout. It is said that elementary school students sometimes came to buy by themselves because of the unusual shape. The "Apple Pie Cooker" used for baking will be on sale in the store from January 18th.

The price is 900 yen (excluding tax). Takeout is 700 yen for 1 piece and 2,000 yen for 3 pieces (tax included).
