The "# Hirosaki Ale Rice" project executive committee is currently looking for magazine publishers to publish.

The project was launched to involve citizens and save restaurants as the food and beverage industry cools down due to the effects of the new coronavirus. An initiative to unify take-out (take-out) information with the general public and restaurants with the hashtag "# Hirosaki Ale Rice" and share it using SNS tools. Volunteers gathered and launched in April this year, and in May, they distributed "Hirosaki Ale Rice Magazine", which introduces take-out stores, for free.

In Hirosaki, clusters have occurred at restaurants with customer service, and the number of people infected with the new coronavirus is increasing. Hirosaki City requested restaurants in the city to close on October 19th until October 31st. Some stores continue to operate because take-out sales are no longer covered.

Shunichi Akimoto, a member of the project, said, "While it is difficult to see the end of the outbreak in Hirosaki, it seems that the severe situation will continue for a while. It is difficult to read ahead and some stores are reluctant to take out. But I want to support the restaurant in some way rather than doing nothing. "

This will be the second magazine to be published, and 10,000 copies will be set up at supermarkets, city halls, banks, etc. in the city. The issue date is November 7th.

According to Mr. Akimoto, there were several stores that helped sales, such as the sale of 10,000 yen lunch boxes in the previous issue. “There were issues such as some stores that could not be listed, so I would like to introduce more stores this time than in the previous issue,” says Akimoto.

The application deadline was October 29, but it was extended to 17:00 on November 1. Mr. Akimoto says, "I heard that some stores were closed and I didn't notice or didn't know, so I decided to wait until just before printing. I want as many stores as possible."

Applications will be accepted using the Google form created by the project.
