After gaining experience at a Japanese restaurant, he returned home at the age of 28 and became independent. The store name at the time of opening was "positive". The store was opened in the Joto area, and after operating in Dotemachi, it moved to its current location in March 2016.

    The daily menu has been offering nearly 20 kinds for a long time, but it is said that it has exceeded 40 kinds since moving to the current store. Mr. Mikami said, "We want our customers to have fun and worry, but we offer a few different cooking methods from one ingredient.     Mr. Mikami, who participates in the market auction that starts at 4 am, assembles the menu for the day from the ingredients procured that day. The menu table is also made by Mr. Mikami himself using Excel on that day.
