The smoothie specialty store "Stay Juicy Hatakeno Yukko" opened on October 2nd along National Route 339 in Aomori and Fujisaki.

This is the second store of "Stay Juicy" (Shinakawamachi, Hirosaki City), which specializes in sugar-free smoothies. We opened a store at the cafeteria in the hot spring facility "Hatakeno Yukko".

The owner, Satoko Maeda, is one of the opening staff members of "Starbucks Coffee Hirosaki Koenmae" (Kamishiroganecho). Marathon is his hobby in his private life, and he has participated in overseas competitions. It is said that he often drank smoothies even when he was on an expedition to manage his physical condition. Maeda recalls, "I just drink at that time. There was no specialty store in Hirosaki, so I was hoping someone would open one."

The turning point came in the property of the Hirosaki store, which was introduced by an acquaintance connected to the marathon in early summer last year. Since it was a building that I had lived and used in the vicinity, I thought of a smoothie specialty store with a vacant tenant. "It was a big decision," says Maeda.

The Hatakeno Yukko store was thinking of opening a second store, but decided because it had a parking lot and was suitable for take-out sales along the national highway. The inside of the store is 16 tsubo. The interior of the dining room was renovated with the theme of Asian resort. 7 seats at the counter, 8 seats slightly raised. You can also enter from Hatakeno Yukko.

All smoothies are 350 ml. The lineup includes strawberry soy milk (650 yen), yogurt berries, orange mango (600 yen or more), and the event-limited "Kokuuma Banana Milk" (500 yen) at the Hirosaki store as a regular menu. "I want you to know more about the deliciousness of the sweetness of the ingredients," says Maeda. There are food menus such as curry rice and loco moco (900 yen or more) and limited menus, and the acai bowl standard (850 yen), which is also popular as breakfast and dessert, is also available.

Mr. Maeda said, "Our store is based on the concept of'the body is made of what you eat', aiming for a drink that allows you to incorporate smoothies into your life. It would be great if there were more runners running in the surrounding apple fields. "

Business hours are from 9:00 to 17:00.
