The wedding venue "Faultuna" (Wadoku Town, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-39-7700 ) is currently planning a "Garden Parfait".

The facility has a reception hall that can accommodate up to 500 people, a Western-style azumaya (gazebo) and a garden with a fountain. Due to the influence of the new coronavirus, the schedule for weddings that use the reception hall will be exhausted until the end of August, and it is said that weddings mainly for about 20 people are now held.

From July 17, the first "Biabal" was held in the garden. Install seats outdoors and thoroughly take measures against infectious diseases. It was said that it had been used by about 1200 people by August 9. Deputy manager Koji Soma said, "I wanted to convey that the wedding hall is well-opened even in the self-restraint mood."

From August 10th, we are planning "Garden Parfait". Kuniyuki Kimura, who has been working as a pastry chef at the facility for about 10 years, is in charge. Initially, it was only a "peach parfait" (1,200 yen) about 30 cm high using one and a half peaches, but since some users were not good at peaches, urgently developed "melon parfait" (1,000 yen) I said.

Mr. Kimura said, "We are particular about purchasing and storing so that we can provide locally grown peaches and melons in a fully ripe state. We want to convey the goodness of the fresh fruits, so we cook before ordering." ..

In addition to parfaits, melon smoothies (400 yen), hot coffee, ice coffee, orange juice and other drink menus (300 yen or more) are also available. “You can eat not only in the garden but also in the lobby. There are many people eating in the hall as hot days continue,” says Soma.

"In the future, we are planning not only a parfait but also a lunch plan that allows you to choose between Japanese and Western. We would like to devise a plan that will allow you to visit the wedding hall even in the case of Corona."

Offer time is from 10:30 to 16:00. Until August 31st.
