"Kameya Shokudo" in the town of Hamano in Hirosaki City was renewed as "kitchen KAMEYA" on August 1st.

"Kameya Shokudo," which started right after the war, was launched by the grandmother of Akiko Osawa, the third owner. Since it was on prefectural road No. 31, it was said that it was a mass cafeteria that provided ramen and katsudon for drivers when it opened. "The mother and father of the second-generation store owner had been going on for a long time, but my father passed away, my mother started to run the store alone, and irregular holidays began to overlap," says Osawa.

After graduating from high school, Osawa left Hirosaki and now has a family in Kyoto. ``In the beginning, I was thinking of having my mother come to Kyoto and taking care of her, but thinking that it would be difficult to move to a land that was old and unknown, I decided to return to Hirosaki for the first time in about 40 years. ".

Osawa worked as a system engineer while raising children. When he made a U-turn to Hirosaki, he was looking for a similar job, but it was difficult for Hirosaki, so he came to think of a renewal after taking over the "Kameya Shokudo" as the third generation. Mr. Osawa recalled, “I started preparing about a year ago. I thought about the concept of the store and the menus offered, and studied from the beginning to take on the challenge of different fields.”

As a "cafe-like set restaurant," the garage was used as a store space, and the roadside wall was almost covered with glass. Mr. Osawa's husband designed the icons of bowls, turtles, rice balls, etc. that are drawn on goodwill etc. based on white. Photo spots are available on the outer wall of the store. "It's incomplete, but it will be completed soon," says Osawa. The store area is about 20 tsubo. There are 14 seats. The height of the tables and counters has been lowered to make it easier for elderly people to use.

The menu includes Wagyu beef sukiyaki rice bowl (1,250 yen), Kuraishi beef steak Yamakake bowl (900 yen), hamburger set meal (800 yen), daily bowl (780 yen), daily set meal (880 yen). We also offer café menu such as light meals such as Cuba sandwich (720 yen), hot dogs (680 yen), matcha anko ice cream (500 yen) and blended coffee (320 yen). The ramen (650 yen) was the only menu that was inherited from the previous generation.

Pre-opened on July 23, said to be ready. Mr. Osawa said, "At first, I was supposed to have children, families, and elderly people, but I was surprised to see a young female customer unexpectedly. ".

The cash register in the store, the cashless system of takeout, the homepage, etc. were built by myself from the experience of the previous job. Mr. Osawa shows his willingness, "Because the fields are different, I want to pick up what customers want and change the menu flexibly." "We want customers to come in reasonably and be able to continue thin and long," he said.
