This restaurant mainly serves niboshi ramen. The property of ``Niboshin. Aomori Headquarters'', which was open until December 2023, will be used as a vacant space. "Chinese Soba Bunshiro" opened a Hirosaki store (Obinai, Hirosaki City) in 2016 (Heisei 28), and a Tsugaru Kashiwa store (Kashiwa Inamori Ikuyo, Tsugaru City) in 2017 (Heisei 29), and the Namioka store is the third store. The owner, Toru Yamazaki, recalls, ``The reason we opened the Hirosaki store was because we developed ramen for mail order.I never imagined that we would open a third store.'' The store area is 30 tsubo. There are 34 seats. There are counter seats, table seats, and raised seats. The restaurant will open from 7 a.m. with the aim of making ``asa ra'', which serves ramen from the morning, take root in the area. ``At the Tsugaru Kashiwa store, our holiday morning ramen is popular.The Namioka store has also received a better response than we initially expected,'' says Yamazaki.

The menu includes Chinese soba (750 yen) and rich dried sardines (900 yen). Side menu items include ``Gyoza'' (380 yen), rice curry (650 yen), beef bowl (550 yen), and rice balls (150 yen to 200 yen). Mr. Yamazaki is a Mr. Maric-certified magician, and if he is in the store, he will also perform a ``magic show'' (500 yen).

Mr. Yamazaki says enthusiastically, ``We've been seeing a positive response to the number of customers in the two weeks since we opened.We want to create a restaurant where both individuals and families can casually enjoy ramen in a nostalgic atmosphere.''
