On January 31st, 8 of the 21 stores that will be located in the Aomori Station East Exit Building "&LOVINA" (Yanagawa, Aomori City), which is scheduled to open in the spring of 2024, were revealed.

The East Exit Building, which will be opened by JR East Aomori Commercial Development (Yanagawa, Aomori City) by redeveloping the site of the former Aomori Station station building, will be 10 stories above ground. Commercial facilities will be located on the 1st to 3rd floors. The sales area is approximately 4,300 square meters. A hotel will be located on the 4th floor, which will house an art exhibition hall and a base facility for disseminating information on Jomon ruins, and on the 6th to 10th floors.

Among the eight stores revealed are the first stores in Tohoku and Aomori City, similar to the first nine stores revealed in December last year.

On the first floor, Saizeriya will open its first store in Aomori City. TOHOKU FARM AJIOTOME SHOP, a Western confectionery shop from Misawa that sells farm-fresh eggs and sweets, will also be opening a shop. ``Starbucks Coffee'' and ``Matsumoto Kiyoshi'' will relocate from LOVINA.

On the second floor, ``MUK MUSE BLANCHE'', a store selling accessories, will open for the first time in Tohoku, as well as ``Ginza Diamond Shiraishi/Exelco Diamond'' and ``Studio Button'', which have also relocated from LOVINA.
