Ramen Dining ``Rcamp'', which was open in Hirosaki City until 2020, will reopen for one day on October 30th at ``Umaimondokoro Kamado'' (Ekimae-cho, Hirosaki City).

``R Camp'', which operated from 2010 to 2020, was run by Daiki Iwabuchi, who had experience working at apparel stores and Okinawan restaurants, and offered ``ramen that is outside the box.'' Currently, Iwabuchi and his classmate, ramen critic Hayato Ishiyama, jointly run a ramen restaurant called Hakkoda Mengyo R (Ekimae Town).

Regarding the revival, Mr. Iwabuchi said, ``We have heard from customers that they would like us to do R Camp again, and now that the coronavirus has calmed down, we thought of offering ramen from the R Camp era as an event.'' and talk.

Kamado is an izakaya that Mr. Iwabuchi has been using for nearly 20 years, and after consulting with him, it was decided that he would rent the space and open it on Mondays, which are closed.

On the day of the event, only the "Toripaitan" (1,000 yen), which has been available since R Camp opened, will be served (150 yen for a large serving).

Mr. Iwabuchi says, ``To be precise, our chicken paitan is a soup made by adding seafood and soy sauce to chicken paitan.The way we make the soup has improved from before, and we've also added some new twists to the toppings.I'm definitely more confident than before. ” he said with confidence. ``I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's reactions. I want them to come and enjoy the current experience of Earl Camp, which will be offered for the first time in three and a half years.''
