According to Ishida, he announced to his mother that he was going to open a wine bar when he was 20 years old, and this is the first time in 30 years that his dream has come true. Looking back, Ishida says, ``My mother scoffed at me, saying there was no way I could make money at a store like that, but now I think I can accept it.''

The store area is approximately 30 tsubo. There are 18 seats. Mr. Ishida says, ``This type of business is still rare in Hirosaki.I want to make it a restaurant that people can choose whether they want to have a quiet drink alone or enjoy a glass of wine with their significant other.''
