The "Cider Night" was held on May 16th and 17th at the Apple Park in Hirosaki City (Shimizu Tomitazawa, Hirosaki City). As part of the "Apple Flower Festival," it was held for the first time this year to enjoy the cherry blossom viewing while drinking apple sake, and more than 1500 people visited from outside the city.

Various events were held on both days. The "A-1 Grand Prix", which decides the grand prix of apple liquor, is a plan to decide "King of apple liquor" by free tasting 13 kinds of apple liquor collected from 10 companies. Participants taste each liquor and put a dedicated cup in the ballot box of their favorite liquor. The first Grand Prix was decided as "Tamura Cider" by Tamura Farm.

On the mortar in the garden, there are 190 apple boxes. While being fantastically lit up with the cooperation of the NPO "harappa", there were projections of valuable images of Hirosaki before the war and live jazz performances. I was excited by the sound.
