Hirosaki's cheese specialty store "SHE/SHOCK/CHEESE" will open a store at the outdoor music event "FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '23" from July 28th to 30th.

This shop sells cheeses from around the world selected by Takashi Aizawa, the former Bandman owner. Founded in 2016 (Heisei 28), it currently has an atelier in the "Nakasan Hirosaki store" as a base, and is open for events. Regarding opening a store at the Fuji Rock Festival, Mr. Aizawa said with a smile, "When I was in a band, it was one of my dreams to perform at Fuji Rock. As a cheese shop, my dream came true."

According to Mr. Aizawa, who was born in Kuroishi, he moved to Tokyo after graduating from high school to go on to college, and started band activities in 2006. In 2009 (Heisei 21), the rock band "Te Atomaro" was formed, and in 2012 (Heisei 24), the band disbanded after performing at "Shibuya CLUB QUATTRO". Aizawa said, ``Because I had a goal of achieving results by the age of 25, I took a break from music activities for a while.

I was in charge of the dairy product department at Kinokuniya Main Store. He returned to his hometown in Aomori in 2015, with a track record of tripling sales. “I love my hometown, and I wanted to return to Aomori someday, and I found value in challenging myself in Aomori, where cheese has not yet spread,” says Aizawa.

“In Aomori, we put a lot of effort into opening stores at events. In order to increase the demand for cheese, we felt that it was necessary for many people to try it first, so we actively worked to create a place where people could get to know cheese. And it has the meaning of being surprised by the deliciousness of cheese.”

Opening a store at Fuji Rock has a screening process, and in the interview, he said he expressed his passion for music and cheese. Aizawa said, ``The moment I got accepted was like a dream.

During the exhibition period, we will open a store at the “YELLOW CLIFF” venue. Assortment of natural cheese "Assortment of natural cheese you want to eat at Fuji Rock" (2,000 yen) will be sold.

Mr. Aizawa said, "On the day of the event, I will ask the founding staff and my old music friends to prepare for the event. I want to enjoy my dream stage so that people can casually eat cheese at a venue with music." enthusiastic.
