"Photo Studio Osanai" (Waseda, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-28-3517 ) reopened after renovation on July 1 to commemorate its 30th anniversary.

The store mainly sells studio photography and albums for children. This time, the wallpaper and interior of the studio have been replaced, the kids' space and daycare center have been improved, and the new rate plan "3BUY" has been introduced. It was renewed under a new system that started in April.

Established in 1992, the store moved to its current location in 2012. He said that he was thinking about closing the business due to the decline in sales due to the corona disaster and the lack of successors to the founding family. Ai Sakuraba, the current president of the company, recalls, "When I was offered the opportunity to take over the business, I wasn't confident, but I decided to take over the business with my colleagues."

According to Mr. Sakuraba, there are photographers among the staff who have been working there for more than 10 years, and there were ideas that hadn't come to fruition, and services that he realized only because he was on site. “I listened to the opinions of the staff and supported them in realizing a new service.

"3BUY" is a pricing system that increases the discount rate by purchasing albums and increasing options. Mr. Sakuraba says, "Photo studios are generally sold as a set, and some of the services included unnecessary services. We made it possible to purchase only the necessary options."

During the renewal, the shooting fee (4,400 yen) will be free on weekdays and 1,100 yen on weekends and holidays until August 31, and free costume rental and dressing services will be provided. Regarding the future, Mr. Sakuraba expressed his desire to "provide a service that allows us to enjoy the growth of children together through photography."
