"Creative Italian pietanza" (Suehiro, Hirosaki City, TEL 090-3469-2442 ) will hold an event to celebrate its 18th anniversary on July 1st.

Tomoya Hasegawa opened "Pietanza", which started with sales in a kitchen car, on July 1, 2005 (Heisei 17). Initially, it was operated at events and store parking lots, but the following year it opened a store at the current location and opened for business. Kitchen car business is not currently going. The name of the restaurant, "Pietanza," means "a la carte" in Italian.

Mr. Hasegawa, who is from Ajigasawa, says he dreamed of becoming a chef since he was a child. After gaining experience at izakayas and Western restaurants in Aomori Prefecture, he became independent. “Because I tend to want to do what I want to do, I was not good at being hired. I often caused trouble because I did it alone without hiring people, but I was able to continue for 18 years with people. ”, said Mr. Hasegawa.

This is the first anniversary event. Mr. Hasegawa said, "Last year, we sold processed products and agricultural products from farmers in the store under the title of 'Regional Revitalization Marche.' So we decided to hold it as an anniversary event."

On the day of the event, in addition to selling processed products such as apple juice and apple jam, restaurants in Hirosaki will prepare baked sweets, takoyaki, and koppepan. Pietanza's regular menu will not be offered, but the 700 yen takeout omelet rice will be sold at 500 yen, and the 600 yen dolce drink will be sold at 500 yen.

Mr. Hasegawa said, "Last year's marche was triggered by the flooding in Ajigasawa.As a child of a farmer, I knew about the hardships of farmers, so I thought about what I could do for the event. Anniversary. We launched it as an event, but I want to make it an event that will liven up the community even a little," he said with a smile.
