On November 18th, a tower burger using beef from Aomori Prefecture began to be sold at "Cafe du Bois" (Hirooka Ishikawa Hiraoka, Hirosaki City) near the Owani Hirosaki interchange on the Tohoku Expressway.

The main store is a hamburger made from 100% beef from Aomori prefecture. "I wanted to make a hamburger that I could enjoy at parties," said the manager, Nobuhei Inoue, who said the tower burger is over 25 cm tall and has four types of burgers sold by the store. “The total calorie may exceed 5,000 kcal,” says Inoue.

It takes more time than usual to provide each one, as they are carefully stacked. “It's like Jenga,” says Inoue. When he received his first order, he could not respond to other orders, so he needed to make a reservation in the future and offered it only on weekdays.

A group of four women living in the same city who ordered this day said, “When I received the order, applause aroused from the customers in the store. Not only was my stomach filled, I could enjoy the appearance and also feel superior I was satisfied. The tower burger was completely eaten.

This is the second time it has been offered. "The first customers were two men, who were brilliantly flat," said Inoue. "I want to try a bigger tower burger in the future," enthusiasm.
