This store offers hard cider, mainly overseas craft beer. There is a hard cider brewery in the back of the store, and they brew hard cider "LAUNCH UP HARD CIDER". The closed “Jozo Sakaba GARTSU” has been renewed, changed its business style, and resumed operations.

Shohei Ima, the store manager, is in charge of brewing wine and hard cider at Galz. Galz opened as an urban brewery in 2017, but was closed due to the new coronavirus. “When we resumed business, we thought of creating a taproom for craft beer in the brewery so that people could casually get to know craft hard cider.Since the number of domestic craft beer stores is increasing in Hirosaki, we have narrowed down our tap list to overseas. Ima-san said.

The store area is 15 tsubo. There are 15 counter seats. The menu offers 5 types of craft beer with different beer styles and 3 types of domestic craft hard cider. Prices are S size (200ml = 600 yen ~), L size (400ml = 1,100 yen ~). We also offer bottled and canned beer and wine.

According to Ima, there are repeat customers who have conquered all types of craft beer. "There are customers who use it during the next meeting and waiting time," Mr. Ima said. "I want to hold music events and DJ events where you can enjoy alcohol in the new store," he said with a smile.

Business hours are from 18:00 to 23:00. Closed on Sundays.
