On April 20th, 19 confectionery shops in Hirosaki started a campaign called "Sakura Miku 'Manji Fuda' de Hirosaki Confectionery Meguri".

This is part of the "Hirohako Spring Tourism Campaign", a joint project between Hirosaki City and Hakodate City. In order to participate, you will need the collection notebook "Okashi Meguri Sakura Miku Manji Fuda Notebook", which allows you to paste the "Manji Fuda" designed by Hatsune Miku's derivative character "Sakura Miku". "Sakura Miku" designed manjifuda will be sold at 19 Japanese confectionery shops listed in "Manjifuda Techo" during the period.

The origin of "manjifuda" is about 40 years ago, a project started by shops and facilities in Hirosaki city for advertising, and a sticker imitating "senjafuda". The size is 5 centimeters wide and 15 centimeters high, and the store name and facility name are printed on it. In this project, an illustration of Sakura Miku with cherry blossoms in the background and varieties of cherry blossoms blooming in Hirosaki Park are printed.

Daigo Shirato of the Hirosaki Tourism and Convention Association said, "This is the fifth year that Sakura Miku and Hirosaki have been collaborating. While looking back on past illustrations, I planned this project to lead to new promotions for Hirosaki." It is said that he chose a confectionery shop around Hirosaki Park in cooperation with the Hirosaki Confectionery Association.

From April 20, Hirosaki and Hakodate will hold a stamp rally "Oshi Tabi Map 2023" and web AR projects where you can take pictures of Sakura Miku, as well as release the theme song "Seasonal cheeks and Wonderland".
