"Cafe Baton" on the 2nd floor of the Hirosaki Civic Hall (Shimo-Shirogane-cho, Hirosaki-shi, TEL 0172-88-8928 ) is currently offering a commemorative menu for the "Salvador Dali Exhibition".

The same menu was developed for the special exhibition "Salvador Dali" being held at the Hirosaki City Museum adjacent to the Hirosaki Civic Hall. Two types are available: “Dali Sun Galette” (1,300 yen) and “Strawberry Mont Blanc Dedicated to Dali” (800 yen). Offer until March 26th.

"Dali's Galette of the Sun" is a galette made by sautéing scallops and lobsters, which are said to be Dali's favorite foods. “Strawberry Montblanc dedicated to Dali” is a sweet that is decorated with roses and finished in red, yellow, and orange colors from Spain, Dali’s home country, and is accompanied by chocolate in the shape of Dali’s signature beard.

In addition to the menu, each table has props in the shape of a beard. Kaori Nagao, the manager of the store, said with a smile, "I want you to use it for taking pictures. Some customers use the collaboration menu and beards to take pictures. I hope you can enjoy it with the food."
