    Aomori soccer club "Rheinmail Aomori FC" held a press conference on March 2nd about the new system.

    Reinmeer, whose hometown is Aomori City, is a participating team in the JFL League and finished 4th out of 16 teams last season. Although he had a chance to be promoted to J3, he was unfortunately shelved because he did not meet the requirements. Head coach Nozomi Kato and other 13 players will be newly appointed this season, and with the season opening on March 12, the goal is to win the league = be promoted to J3.

    This season, the league's promotion regulations (rules) have changed, and the top two teams of the year can qualify for promotion to J3, and the winning team can be promoted straight to J3. The slogan for this season is "Resolved Aomori Ittai," and calls for support, stating, "The team, supporters, sponsors, stakeholders, and local residents want to come together to win."

    Manager Shibata Gorge, who was appointed as manager last year and is in his second year, said, "After a full training camp, we are ready to face the new season. The team is in good shape and the players are looking forward to the opening game. Offense and defense. I want to play seamlessly and solidly, sticking to winning, and playing with a sense of unity."

    Among the new players are two from Aomori Yamada High School. Rui Sammonji said, "I'm happy to be back after graduating from high school. I'm excited to be able to play soccer in Aomori. I'll do everything I can to win the championship and get promoted." Sho Suminaga said, "If Aomori Prefecture is famous for sports, I think it's Aomori Yamada's soccer, but by raising the team to J3 this year, I want to show that Reinmeer is a team that is producing results in Aomori." Enthusiastic.

    Takayuki Funayama, who is attracting attention as a striker, said, "When the team wins, the value of my goals comes out. I want to use my experience to prioritize the team's victory and play."

    Rheinmail's first match will be against Criason Shinjuku at Ajinomoto Field Nishigaoka (Kita-ku, Tokyo) on the same day as the opening day. Their home match, Shin-Aomori Prefectural Sports Park Stadium (Miyata, Aomori City), will be against Briobecca Urayasu (Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture) on April 30th.
