This championship competes for skating time using a plastic rice bag as the "official sled." The competition will be divided into an "adult section" for junior high school students and above, and a "children's section" for elementary school students. The "adult division" slides down a 50-meter course, while the "children's division" slides down a 35-meter course. According to Mr. Odagiri, the best record so far is 7 seconds 12 and 25 kilometers per hour for adults, and 5 seconds 97 and 21 kilometers per hour for children.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each division.
