The crepe shop "crepe cafe Plume" (2 Chikari, Aomori City) opened on January 6th near the "Nishitaki" stop of the Aomori City Bus.

This shop offers crepes made from natural ingredients such as Hokkaido butter and wheat. The menu includes items using chocolate and fruits, Japanese flavors such as red bean paste and rice flour dumplings, and “salty” items with pizza sauce and cheese. Tomomi Ebina, the owner of the shop, said, "I thought about making it so that people of all generations can enjoy it, regardless of age or gender."

After graduating from high school, Mr. Ebina studied cooking and confectionery at a vocational school in Hakodate and worked at a French restaurant in Hakodate. I was in charge of sweets, but I broke my body and retired. After returning to Aomori, she got a clerical job, and when she got married, she became a full-time housewife. While he was away from cooking, he began to feel, "I still love cooking. I want to try it again," and decided to open his own restaurant.

As a menu item, I came up with crepes that are easy to eat in and take out. “I used to make crepes at home a lot, and I myself love crepes. I wanted to make crepes that were gentle on the body, without additives or flavorings, because of my own experience of damaging my body,” says Ebina. The store name means feather in French. The cuteness of the sound and the thought that "I want customers who visit the store to rest their wings" are included.

The crepe menu includes "Strawberry Chocolate Cream" (495 yen), "Banana Chocolate" (451 yen), "Strawberry Daifuku" (583 yen), and "Rare Cheese Blueberry" (583 yen). Additional toppings such as "fresh cream" (110 yen) and "rare cheese" (132 yen) can be added to each crepe. Drinks include "hot coffee" (297 yen) and "coffee float" (352 yen). All menus are available for takeout. Prices are different for takeout.

Ebina says, "I'm happy to receive direct feedback from customers, such as receiving impressions by email and continuing to visit the store." "In the future, I would like to increase the menu for limited periods, etc. Since it has just opened, customers may have to wait, so I would like to consult with the staff and provide it with a sense of speed." show willingness
