Book cafe & bar "Bohemian" (1 Okazudo, Aomori City, TEL 080-1689-9721 ) opened on November 1st.

This is a shop where you can order snacks and alcohol while reading a book in the store. We opened a store in a snack area with a store area of about 15 tsubo. Currently, it has 1000 books. Hitoshi Ota, the owner of the store, said, "In the future, I want to make the store a place where you can read about 2,000 books."

Ota was moved by a 10-page short story that he happened to pick up at the library and became a fan of reading. After graduating from high school, he worked at a sporting goods store and experienced working in Nagoya, but returned to Aomori last year and left the company in June this year. I started preparing for the opening of the store. At first, we were thinking of opening a store in the city center, but we decided to open a store when we learned that the same tenant was vacant. Mr. Ota said, "I thought about the benefits of having no windows, so books don't get damaged easily."

The books in the store are also for sale. You can bring your own books, and we also buy used books. Ota says, "I hope it will become a place where customers can share and recommend books." "Shortly after we opened, there was a customer who read a book alone while drinking alcohol and went home. I'm happy because it's a way to use it that I've been longing for," he said with a smile.

The menu includes daily lunch (salad set = 1,000 yen), curry rice (900 yen), mixed nuts (400 yen), cheese (2 types ~ = 800 yen), and other food items. In addition to blended coffee (400 yen) and coffee tickets (11 spellings = 4,000 yen), we offer coffee cocktails (600 yen and up), beer (600 yen and up), wine, whiskey and other alcoholic beverages. If you enter after 18:00, there is a charge of 300 yen.

Ota is currently 27 years old. Mr. Ota says that the name of the restaurant "has a bit of a playful atmosphere, and I chose a name that will be remembered 10 or 20 years from now." I drew annual rings in the background of the logo. "I was able to open the restaurant with the support of those around me. I'm still fumbling about the services and menus offered, but I want to make this a restaurant that will take root for a long time to come," he said.

Business hours are from 11:30 to 23:00 (from 15:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Announce regular holidays on SNS.
