    Aomori's coffee shop "lil coffeestop" (Yadamae Motoizumi, Aomori City, TEL 017-763-5119 ) celebrated its first anniversary on November 1st.

    The owner, Ms. Momoka Sato, learned cooking from her high school days, worked at a restaurant in Tokyo, and worked at the coffee shop "Iro coffee" in Hirosaki city for three years from 2017, learning about coffee and latte art. Wanting to open his own restaurant, he renovated the karaoke bar run by his father into an American atmosphere "half is done by carpenters and the other half is DIY" and opened last year. “We wanted everyone to feel free to stop by, so we chose ‘Coffee Stop’ instead of a coffee shop,” says Sato. "lil" is a slang word for "little" and means "small", and is said to represent Mr. Sato himself, who is petite. "It looks like three 1s are lined up, so we decided to open on November 1st," he said.

    The store consists of two spaces: the main space where the orange wall and disco ball from the previous store remain, and the torso wearing a dress and vintage chairs in the back right of the entrance, where you can enjoy a girly look to your liking. There is a space where customers can choose according to their mood and purpose.

    The menu includes drinks such as "Espresso" (400 yen), "Americano" (450 yen), "Cafe Latte" (500 yen), "Matcha Latte", "Hojicha Latte", and "Cream Soda" (all 550 yen). , "Banana Bread" (300 yen), "Carrot Cake" and "Pudding" (400 yen). The sweets menu changes depending on the season.

    Currently available for a limited time, "Shine Muscat and Gold Kiwi Pudding a la Mode" (800 yen) is the "most popular" pudding with yellow-green muscat, yellow kiwi, and vanilla ice cream representing the store's logo color.
