"Nebutazuke" is the company's flagship product, made by pickling herring roe, dried squid, kelp, cucumber, and daikon radish in soy sauce. It is one of the soul foods of Aomori Prefecture, and the package with a photo of Nebuta is familiar to the people of Aomori Prefecture.
