    The Yokouchi District Community Development Council is currently calling for fundraising to continue holding the Yokouchi Autumn Nebuta Festival.

    The Yokouchi Nebuta Festival was operated by the Yotsuishi Town Council from 2012 to 2016. was suspended. The Yokouchi District Community Development Council, which is organized by 10 neighborhood associations in the same district, launched a crowdfunding campaign to revitalize the town by reviving the local nebuta.

    On September 25th, the "Regional Nebuta" service was resumed for the first time in six years, and more than 200 residents and students from the area gathered at the starting point, Jofuku-in Temple (Kamei, Yokouchi, Aomori City).     Crowdfunding has achieved the initial target amount of 200,000 yen in two days from the start, so we are currently calling for cooperation toward the second goal (500,000 yen).
