"Ramen Yamaokaya Aomori Higashi" (Zudou, Aomori City, TEL 017-752-7975 ) will open on September 1st.

A ramen chain store headquartered in Sapporo with approximately 170 stores nationwide. It is characterized by pork bone soup stocked at each store, and ingredients such as domestic green onions are cooked at the store. This is the third store in Aomori Prefecture, following the Hirosaki store and the Hachinohe store. We opened a store in the former Lawson Aomori Tsukudo store, which closed last year.

Store manager Kuniyoshi Hama said, "We had been planning to open a store in Aomori for a long time, but we were unable to find a roadside store with conditions such as parking."

The store area is about 43 tsubo, and there are 54 table seats, small raised seats, and 18 counter seats. The menu includes soy sauce and green onion ramen (810 yen), ramen (690 yen), green onion chashu noodles (1,050 yen), special miso and green onion ramen (930 yen), and premium salt pork bone ramen (910 yen). In addition to side menus and toppings such as char siu rice bowl (340 yen), we also offer limited-time menus.

In commemoration of the opening, the Yamaoka family's original notebook "Yamaokaya Tonkotsucho", box tissues, masks, etc. will be distributed free of charge. In addition to drawing an illustration of the Aomori Bay Bridge on the cover of "Yamaokaya Tonkotsucho", there is also a page introducing the lyrics of the official song played in the store.

“This is our first store in Aomori City, and many people do not know about our store. First of all, we want to create a store that attracts customers and provide services that will make them repeat customers,” Hama said enthusiastically.

Open 24 hours. Opening at 11:00 on September 1st.
