On June 26, the new product "JOY" started selling at the Western confectionery store "Kita no Watayuki" in Hirosaki's department store "Sakurano" (Hirosaki City Tohoku).

The same soft-serve ice cream product that uses a "J-shaped" cone that is 30 cm long and 3 cm in diameter. Mr. Jo Mikami of the developed “NS Management” (Joto Chuo) has been making products such as shaved ice “Cotton cotton snow” and stick-shaped waffle “Epistick”, and waiting lines in various places. Mr. Mikami says, "I had been thinking about the product concept four or five years ago. I put a lot of effort into the development of the J-shaped corn, and repeated trial and error." It is said that the corn that contains "Tsugaru Roman", which is rice produced in Aomori Prefecture, has a crispy texture, and it is confident that "it matches the soft cream and achieves a moderate sweetness."

The staff's operation is also shown. A dedicated nozzle was attached to the existing soft ice cream machine, making it a sweet that anyone can make. It is said that variations such as the mixing of J corn dough and dipping chocolate are possible.

The price is 500 yen. Currently only sold in the same store. It will be sold at Nagashima Spa Land (Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture) from 11th July, and it is planned to expand nationwide in the future.
