Hirosaki's bar "Kuroi Tsuki" (Oyakata-cho, Hirosaki City) is currently offering collaboration cocktails using apples from the farmland "Smile Farm" operated by the entertainment office "Ringo Music" (Miyagawa).

"Black Moon" is a bar that was used as a filming location for the music video "LOVE & SOLDIER" of "Ringo Musume" belonging to Ringo Music, and has become a "sacred place" among fans. The collaboration cocktail was realized after receiving a proposal from Ringo Music to make use of the apples harvested at Smile Farm.

Ikuko Nakano, the owner of Kurotsuki, said, "I wanted to please the fans with a cocktail using the apples they harvested." Yu Ono of Ringo Music said, "Since the amount of harvest was more than expected, we planned to use it to support local restaurants."

There are 2 types of cocktails. "Mamekobachi squash" inspired by Ringo Musume's song "Ringo ni Koishitta Mamekobachi" released in August this year, and "Caramel apple latte" with caramel liqueur (all for 880 yen). Both use apples that match the harvest season, so the variety changes. 100 yen discount for non-alcoholic drinks.

When the service began on October 27, it became a hot topic among fans, and some even visited the store. “Originally, there were requests for cocktails inspired by Apple Musume, and we responded to them each time, but this is the first time we have put them out as a menu.

Smile Farm grows apples such as Fuji, Orin, and Jonagold, which are also sold at the Apple Store, an unmanned apple store located next to the office. The harvested apples will be used not only for "Kuroi Tsuki", but also for sweets at cafes such as "Meikyoku & Coffee Himawari" (Dotemachi) and "Cafe Terrace Kerala" (Miyukicho).
