Mount Iwaki in Hirosaki, Aomori, was painted in three colors on November 4th.

Iwaki is an independent peak with an altitude of 1625 meters. It is also called Tsugaru Fuji because the shape of the peak is symmetrical and resembles Mt. Fuji. The three colors of the mountains are seasonal phenomena: the white of the snow, the red of the autumn leaves, and the green of the trees. You can see it in autumn.

The first snow on Mt. Iwaki this year is on October 6th. Although it was 15 days earlier than normal, the snow after the first snow melted and piled up repeatedly, and the snow did not continue. On November 3, due to the passage of a low pressure system, it rained all day across Aomori Prefecture, and snow was observed on the summits of Mt. Iwaki and Hakkoda.

A man in his 70s, who saw Mt. Iwaki as part of his daily routine on the morning of the 4th, said, "I was surprised that Mt. We have to start winter preparations in earnest."
